METHODOLOGY

IMPLEMENTATION

An active industrial site will be selected.

Analyze and reorganize the existing site functions to be more efficient and integrated into the future housing project.

Introduce the basic modular construction system that will allow for adaptation and expansion over time to a portion of the site.

EXPANSION

Expand the basic modular structural system to other portions of the site to accommodate a variety of housing types.

Pre-fabricated units will begin to change in

order to accommodate the tenant’s evolved

needs over time.
